Return Policy

Return, exchange and cancelation Policy:

 

Since each product is made to order and is exclusively handmade with immense care and love, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON ORDERS ONCE PLACED, unless the garment is damaged or defective. WE ONLY OFFER SIZE EXCHANGE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN INDIA.



Exchange Policy:

The only requirement of the exchange policy is that the item you're exchanging should be in its actual conditions. Tags and packaging should remain intact and the dress should not have been used.

 

How to place exchange request?

Write to us at care.reemamehta@gmail.com within 3 days once you receive the product and we will process your request and arrange for a free return pick up. 

 

Please note : Each product can be exchanged only once

Exchange is also possible if:

-Products delivered are damaged.

-Company delivers the wrong products by mistake.

-Units are missing as per ordered quantity.

 

In such a case 

Write to us at care.reemamehta@gmail.com within three days  of receiving the product and we will process your request and arrange for a free return pick up.


Within 30 working days the damaged product will be reviewed and delivered back to the customer after receiving the product at the concerned department.



 

Return / Refund policy :

Once a purchase is made, refund/return is only possible if there's an issue from Team Reema Mehta. Where there is something wrong fromthe brands side and we cannot do the delivery due to any reason, in such a case we would refund the amount transferred, within 30 working days.

Refund Mode

Refund will be initiated in original payment mode.

incase of cash on delivery, please share your bank account details with us on care.reemamehta@gmail.com , along with your order details to process your refund.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellation by customer is not possible once the order is placed.
